Downloading our new FarmByte App
After clicking on the "Download Now" button, our application will prompt you to download the new FarmByte App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

How to Sign in to your existing accounts
There are two ways for you to sign in to your existing account in the new application:

How to retrieve Email and Phone Number from your Profile Page
You will be required to verify your account email and to update your password to access your account in the new app. Here is how:

- Open the current app.
- Login to your account.
- Go to your Profile Page

Steps to Update Your Password

- Once verified from old application, open the new app
- On the login page, select Log in with Email.

Click Forgot Password.

- An OTP code will be sent to your phone.
- Verify your account using the OTP.

- Create and confirm a new password.
- Click Reset Password.

FAQs
Can I use both accounts simultaneously?
We will be retiring the current app and migrating all users to the new FarmByte App. Please download the new app as soon as possible to avoid any inconveniences.
What will happen to my existing account and data?
All data tied to your existing account will be transferred to the new FarmByte App. Simply log in using your existing credentials and complete the account verification process.
